The dynamics, to simultaneously set up fun and learning in a group, so that at the end of the day each member leaves the seminar room a little happier than at the start, is my greatest desire. I get my energy from having contact with many different people. My ability to imagine the good that exists in people and their own individual creativity is what keeps my motor running.
