Sustainable development means to „cultivate“ Earth fairly and considerately
and to „protect“ Earth on the long term.
(based on Genesis 2,15)
We may, even must form nature and environment. To find and check principles and criteria how my company, lobbying organisation, government agency, … can implement sustainable development for the welfare of my organisation and of the entity of our society is the central question. I want to support institutions that face this challenge – and at the same time continually orientate towards sustainability!

Education:
Having acquired engineering (studies in machine construction in Vienna) and some economic (parts of studies in business economics in Vienna) skills, Dr. Stark has already started in his diploma thesis focussing on the more and more important subject of environmental issues.
During 5 years as assistant at the Department for Water Quality, Resources and Waste Management Dr. Stark acquired primarily comprehensive knowledge in waste management. In 1996 he joined “GUA”, first as project engineer, but soon became department head. Until 2003 his activities concentrated on development of methodologies (e.g. Welfare Cost-Benefit Analysis), project-management, training of employees, personal management and off-work training (studies in philosophy and theology). In 2003 he became managing director of “GUA”. His vision of a thematically and geographically wider area of activities was realized by cooperation and consolidation with the company “Denkstatt” in 2007.
Central points in his life are his wife Traude and their three children. If there is time left, he spends every minute in nature. His most important hobby is supporting the parish Hausleiten as deacon.
