„GHGemissionscertificatestradenobodyknowsprecisely...“

Global warming has led to the creation of a series of laws and measures in Austria which have presented a new challenge to companies and businesses. We consult companies on their obligations when trading with greenhouse certificates and develop climate protection projects for domestic use as well as abroad. As a founding member of the service platform „Austrian Carbon Management,“ we are in the position to offer our customers interdisciplinary services, ranging from engineering to financing and realization of measures to reduce emissions

Development of Operational Climate Strategies
With a climate strategy enterprises expand their scope of action and allow for the utilization of foresight. In order to formulate a climate strategy, one needs to not only analyze the market and political environment but also take into account any climate protection or energy application legislation that would affect operations or customer expectations.

Corporate Carbon Footprint

There are many issues that accompany the trading of CO2-Emissions certificates. Greenhouse gas emissions are the result of a very complicated network of processes ranging from product utilization, to indirect sources relating to energy, to transportation. All of these different aspects result in an increase in greenhouse gas emissions levels.
We have worked for five years with great success following the input of the Global Reporting Initiative.

Mobility Management for Companies

The transport sector has seen the highest increases of CO2- emissions in Austria. Companies who are interested in changing over to alternative fuels(natural gas, bio diesel, vegetable oils, etc.) can now claim support benefits. At the same time the number of petrol stations offering organic fuels is on the increase. Automobile manufacturers also offer a line of alternative models, so that making the changeover has become an interesting prospect.

Energy solutions for the future

Renewable energy sources and energy efficiency are the themes regarding energy supply for the future. Attempts are being made in various studies and realisation orientated projects to reduce the dependency on fossil fuels.

Carbon Footprint

Producers, trade chains and also conscientious consumers consider more and more the environmental impacts of products. Climate changes and first and foremost greenhouse gas emissions have entered our consciousness through reports in the media, The Carbon Footprint gives information about the entire CO2 emissions that a product generates in its life cycle. With minimal efforts, potential improvements and alternatives are compared. The Carbon Footprint offers results which are transparent, easy to understand and communicate.
